東涌蔬菜產銷合作社成立自1955年，是蔬菜貿易市場的核心之一。昔日，村民帶著蔬菜到這裡過磅，再運往市區售賣。合作社也曾同時作為醫療保健中心。雖然這座建築已閒置及不對公眾開放，但外牆描繪農貿場景的壁畫，卻還能讓人猶如置身於那段豐收時光。

The Tung Chung Vegetable Marketing Organisation was established in 1955, playing a crucial role in the vegetable trading market. It once buzzed with farmers weighing produce before shipping to urban areas. It also served as a community healthcare hub. While no longer in use nor open to the public, the building’s mural of old market scenes is a reminder of Ma Wan Chung’s agricultural past.
