Sun Wah Restaurant

新華餐廳已傳承三代。自1960年代開業以來，它一直是深受喜愛的聚集地。餐廳保留了其老派魅力——五彩繽紛的意大利原裝瓷磚來自70年代，還有修復過的原始窗戶。當時沒有進口食材，因此餐廳依靠新鮮的本地食材。因此，沒有固定的菜單，菜餚是根據季節的變化而創造的。這種保持菜餚純正和忠於其根源的傳統至今仍然被保留。

Sun Wah Restaurant has been passed down for three generations. Since it opened in the 1960s, it has been a beloved gathering place. The restaurant preserves its old-school charm — colourful, Italian original ceramic tiles from the 70s and restored original windows. There were no imported ingredients back then, so the restaurant relied on fresh local ingredients. Therefore, there was no fixed menu, and dishes were created according to the changing seasons. The tradition of the dishes remainning pure and true to their roots is preserved.
