東昇樓海鮮酒家(東昇樓)由鄭氏在1972年創辦,當時鄭家因受猛烈颱風影響,深感農業生產過於困難,轉而開設餐廳。餐廳的特色在於優先使用本地新鮮海鮮、蔬菜和家禽,並且持續創新菜單。隨著東涌發展,餐廳也不斷適應變化,推出接駁服務、延長營業時間,並與社會企業共廚家作合作推出「東涌深夜食堂」。
Tung Shing Lau, established in 1972, was founded by the Cheng family after a devastating typhoon. The restaurant is known for its fresh local seafood, vegetables, and poultry. It continues to innovate its menu. It has adapted the development of Tung Chung, introducing shuttle services and extended hours to meet changing needs. The restaurant partnered with Sharing Kitchen (共廚家作) to launch “Tung Chung Midnight Diner” (東涌深夜食堂).
